Slow Cooker Ratings
Slow cookers have been around for centuries, but maybe not quite how we imagine them. Back in the day, a simmering cast iron kettle filled with food has been the perfect method to tenderize tough meat. You can effectively say that these were the very first modern variant of a toaster. They might cook enough food for a huge family and provided that the cooker top was kept warm, they’d keep on cooking. Slow cookers also go by the title of crock pots. These components are self-contained with either an integrated heating system which encircles the whole crock or a heated foundation that the rock rests on. All of them heat till a minimum of 200 levels with some heating higher for quicker cooking although the smallest temperatures are easily hot enough to destroy salmonella bacteria.
